COVID-19 Update

We thank you all for your continued support and patience while we navigate through this unsure time. We know many of our customers are concerned about their upcoming weddings and we want you to know we are here for you! Our goal is to reduce the stress our brides and customers are having, but to also keep all of our customers and staff comfortable and safe.

 

Effective immediately

1. We will be appointment only on the following days:

 

Wednesday: 12-4pm

Friday: 12-4pm

Saturday: 12-4pm

 

If these dates/times do not work for your schedule, please contact us in advance and we will try to make arrangements to meet you.

 

2. We will be strictly by Appointment Only for all customers (brides, mothers, and everyone). Will be spreading out appointments to avoid an overlap so we can control the amount of people in the store and to thoroughly clean between customers.

 

3. There is now a 2 person maximum guest limit per appointment.

 

4. We ask that you please leave anyone that is sick, has recently traveled, children or the elderly at home to protect them.

 

We want everyone to know that this situation has not delayed any of our orders. We continue to be in constant contact with all of our designers. If anyone has been notified that their dress has arrived and you would like to pick it up, feel free to contact us for an appointment or curbside service if you prefer. We understand that the fluid nature of this situation is very frustrating to everyone and we thank you for your cooperation in keeping everyone safe.
