At Dream Day Bridal our staff and customers are always our #1 priority! At this time, we are closely monitoring the development of COVID-19 and have taken the following measures to ensure a clean and safe environment. We are “By Appointment Only” with some new guidelines listed below. We
thank everyone for your continued cooperation, understanding, and support.
Customers: At this time, we do require the wearing of a face mask while in the store and abide by social distancing. We have had to temporarily limit the number of appointments on any given day. We allow our brides to bring 3 guests maximum and Mother’s to bring 2 guests with them for their appointment. We do encourage everyone to please plan on face timing the necessary people that can’t be with you, if you need to. No additional people will be allowed in the store.
To ensure the safety of our employees and our guests, we have allotted extra time in between appointments to fully disinfect and sanitize gowns, dressing rooms and all common areas. We ask that you continue to please wash your hands as often as possible and sanitize when you are able.
Symptoms: If you or anyone in your group is experiencing any of the following symptoms, please postpone coming in for 14 days: running nose, sore throat, cough, fever, and difficulty breathing. For international travel, please postpone visiting for 14 days. For domestic travel, 7 days. And for anyone who has been in contact with someone with the symptoms, please refrain from scheduling your appointment for at least 14 days.
Deliveries: We do sell our gowns “Off The Rack” and we have had no issues with delays on any of our orders.
