At Dream Day Bridal our staff and customers are always our #1 priority! At this time, we are closely monitoring the development of COVID-19 and have taken the following measures to ensure a clean and safe environment. We hope to be continuing our normal appointment schedule after May 16 th (hopefully sooner) with some new guidelines listed below. We thank you all for your cooperation, understanding, and support during this time.
Customers: At this time, we have decided that it is in the best interest of everyone’s well-being to wear a face mask while in the store and abide by social distancing. In order to accommodate the social distancing rules, we have had to temporarily limit the number of appointments and the appointment size. We will only be allowing 2 brides and their guests at a time in our store. We do encourage everyone to please plan on face timing the necessary people that can’t be with you, if you need to. To be clear – each appointment will include one consultant, one bride, and two guests. No additional people will be allowed. We thank you for your cooperation.
Management: To ensure the safety of our guest, we have allotted extra time in between appointments to fully disinfect and sanitize gowns, dressing rooms and all common areas. We ask that you continue to please wash your hands as often as possible and sanitize when you are able.
Symptoms: During this time, we kindly ask if you or anyone in your group is experiencing any of the following symptoms, please postpone coming in for 14 days: running nose, sore throat, cough, fever, and difficulty breathing. For international travel, please postpone visiting for 14 days. For domestic travel, 7 days. And for anyone who has been in contact with someone with the symptoms, please refrain from scheduling your appointment for at least 14 days.
Deliveries: We have a large selection of gowns that we Sell Off The Rack and we have had no issues with delays on any of our current or future orders. We stay in close contact with our designers to ensure wedding deadlines are always met!
